At Mirnala Collection, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, carefully crafted garments. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Faulty or Defective Items: We accept returns only for items that are faulty or have manufacturing defects. Please ensure the item is unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@mirnalacollection.com with your reason for the return and attach evidence of the faulty item. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
- Change of Mind or Sizing: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues. However, exchanges or store credit may be provided.
- Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene reasons, items such as headpieces (e.g., jilbabs and hijabs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Delivery Costs: Delivery fees are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
- Sale items: All sale items strictly can not be refunded, returned or exchanged.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@mirnalacollection.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
For size exchanges, return the item following the above steps. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the correct size.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

While we will strive to accommodate your cancellation request, please note that once the parcel has been invoiced or dispatched, changes cannot be made as it becomes the property of the courier company.
Once payment is received and your order is processed, it will be subject to our returns policy.
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy:
Please note that pre-orders can only be canceled if the pre-order date is still live and production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations will no longer be accepted, as items are produced in bulk, specifically based on the orders placed.
